He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Pennetti; his son Gregory Pennetti; and his sisters, Angeline Munizza, Geraldine Petrowsky and Bernadine Foglio.

He is survived by: his children, George Pennetti Jr., Dawn Marie Delaney, Curtis Pennetti and Charlotte Quinn; his siblings, Ralph Pennetti, Lois Duffy, William Pennetti, Joann Farnsworth, Joseph Pennetti and Lorraine Casale; his grandchildren, Ann Murphy, Maria Pennetti, Jill Pennetti, Allie Pennetti, Melissa Pennetti, George "Jack" Pennetti III, Clair Delaney, Ann Fleenor, Morgan and Amanda Quinn; and his great grandchildren, George and Theodore Fleenor.
