She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Martinkovich and Diana Martinkovich (DeVergiles); and her sister Lorraine Jamrom. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline "Jackie" Yakich (Greg) and Mark Bunney (Colleen); and her siblings, Fran Waratuke, Steve Martinkovich, Martha Charney, Mary Lou Fliegel and Lisa Earhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for masses to be said in Eva's honor to St. Gregory Catholic Church at the address above.
