He was predeceased by: his grandson Sean Gutmann. He is survived by: his wife Diane McVicker (Wright); and his daughters, Anne Hughes, Amy Bianconi (Frank) and Nancy Gutmann. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Donations may be made to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall.
