She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph A. Miksic and William Burkhart; her parents, Michael Blazer and Justine Blazer (Pognar); her sons, William Jr. and Anthony Burkhart; and her brothers, Michael and Joseph Blazer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Ryan and Stephan Burkhart; her great grandchildren, Carson and Jenna Burkhart; her stepdaughters, Carol Donatelli (Tom) and Sandra Zinsky (Mark); and her stepgrandchildren, Joseph and Renee Zinsky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
