She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Sperl; her parents, Frederick Grall and Martha Grall (Schmitt); her sister Martha Truxal; and her daughter-in-law Donna Sperl.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Alice Gill and Fred Grall; her children, John and Sally Sperl; her grandson Eric (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Maks.
Due to Covid-19 and thus, the health and wellbeing of her beloved family and friends, Edna's viewing will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that contributions be made, in her name, to The Glenshaw Presbyterian Church (300 Glenn Avenue, Glenshaw PA 15116), The University of Pittsburgh Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (UPMC Montefiore, 4th floor, suite 421, 200 Lothrop Street Pittsburgh PA 15213), or the Allegheny Abused Animal Relief Fund (AAARF) (625 Liberty Avenue Pittsburgh PA 15222).
