He was predeceased by: his parents, William D Palmer and Ruth (R. N.). He is survived by: his close friend Ellen Small of Tampa, FL.; his former wife Eileen; his daughters, Lauren and Jessica; and his siblings, Susan Hall, Robert and Scott.
