He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rowe and Violet Rowe. He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Rowe of Wauchula, FL and Barbara Blakeslee (Gene) of Berwick, PA; his niece Bethany Slonaker of Bloomsburg, PA; his nephew Matthew Blakeslee of Carlisle, PA; and his great-nieces, Lillian and Delaney.
