He is survived by: his parents, Robert Rugh and Lorraine Mess Rugh; his wife Michelle Kay Rugh; his children, Annie, Robbie, Evelyn, Daniel and Charlotte; his siblings, Michael Rugh (Krystal), Joshua Rugh (Trina) and Ashley Phillips (Adam); his father-in-law Robert Kay (late Alice Dolan); his siblings-in-law, Beth DeKoster (Kevin), Ed Kay, Teri Standley (Dale) and Patrick Kay; his uncles, Don Rugh (Mary) and Ed Rugh; and his aunt Carol McAleer. He is also survived by many cousins, colleagues, and dear friends.
