He was predeceased by: his brother Harry Lodge; and his parents, Charles W. Lodge and Vera Lodge. He is survived by: his wife Helen Dwyer Lodge; his children, Lynn Farina (Chuck), Barbara Musante (Lou), Susanne Sieminski (John) and Tricia Katyal (Sanj); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Evan, Madeline, Maria, Veronica, Julia, Isabella, Alexandra, Paul, Matthew, Mary, Emma, Christopher, Clare, Helen and Colin; and his brother Joseph.
In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the North Hills Community Outreach Center.
