She is survived by: her children, Carol Kaminski (late Robert), Patricia Popovich (Steven), Thomas Ujazdowski (Barbara), David Ujazdowski (Kelly), Michael Ujazdowski (Amy Jo) and Suzan Tvaruzek (Eric); her grandchildren, Robert Kaminski Jr. (Maggie), Brian Kaminski (Samantha), Natalia Petrulli (Leo), Halie Banas (Josh), Thomas Jr., Zachary Ujazdowski, Megan (Nick Parks), Autumn, David Jr. (Katie), Amy Salera (Neko), Michael Jr., Jacob, Isabella Ujazdowski, Tess Rodgers (Bill), Kayla (Michael Gallagher) and Todd Tvaruzek; her goddaughter Rita Koleff (late Joseph); and her great-nephew Geoff Koleff. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
