He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. Kost and Marian Kost; and his sister Betty Lou Kost. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Baratta Kost; his children, David and Sarah Everest (Thomas); his grandchildren, Andrew and Gillian; and his sisters, Maryann Nicholas, Katherine Martier, Monica Rios and Carol Hoke.
