He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Tobin; his nephew Jacob Cassel; and his father-in-law David Cassel. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Tobin; his mother Frances Tobin; his siblings, Joseph Tobin (Teresa), Michael Tobin (Patty), Mary Thompson (Brian) and Daniel Tobin; his mother-in-law Lois Cassel; and his siblings-in-law, David Cassel (Carol Thompson) and Carolann Cassel (Bill McLaughlin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Burial: Private, In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the foundation of your choosing in honor of Tim.
