She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth J. Baker. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Baker (Miller); her siblings, Stephen J, Christopher Baker, Mary Anne Baker and Michael Baker; her nieces and nephews, Colleen (Austin), Kenny, Christopher, Brittany (Thomas), Liam and Nevan; and her great-nephews, RJ and Maverick. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Susie's family requests that a memorial contribution be made to The American Cancer Society or to a local animal shelter of the donor's choice.
