She was predeceased by: her husband Blase Evangelist; her parents, Michael Palmieri and Anna Palmieri; and her brothers, Gerard, Albert, Louis and Anthony Palmieri.

She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Garvin (late James), Rosanne LaBate (Thomas), Carol Mayberry (John) and Anthony Evangelist (Kimberly); and her grandchildren, James Garvin, Susanne Hewitt (Thomas), Miranda, Dana Labate, Alaina, John (Jennifer), Shannon Mayberry and Anthony Evangelist. She is also survived by grand babies, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Providence Animal Shelter, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media PA 19063, or Forgotten Cats, 711 Main St., Trainer PA 19061.
