He was predeceased by: his father Edward Thomas Miller. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Miller (Everly); his grandson Steve; his wife Katherine Miller; his siblings, Andrew Miller (Dorothy) and Elizabeth Femmer (Harry); his children, Stephen and Jessica; his stepchildren, Breanna, Jensen and Reilly; his nephew Hunter; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Connor and Keith III. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
