She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kilpatrick and Hazel Kilpatrick; and her stepchild Dana. She is survived by: her son James Hansell (Lindsay); her stepchildren, Carlie Terlecky (Michael), Jessie Lavin, Mommom of Benjamin, Jacob, Raini, Michael, Sydney, Riley, Sami and Nick; and her siblings, Sherry Barrett (Kevin), Linda Kilpatrick (Dave Bunks) and Dana Bowen. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
