She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Reale and Florence Reale; and her siblings, Yola, Thomas and Marie.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce S. Pagan; her son Joseph M. D'Aquino III (Tina) of Glenolden; her stepdaughters, Susan of Florida, Janet of Florida and Karen of California; her grandchildren, Tyler, Keith, Yazmeen, Eric, Aiden and Faith; and her sister Diane Reale Daugherty (Jim) of Berwyn, PA..
