He was predeceased by: his sister Debbie Temple Donkin; his nephew James Donkin; and his son-in-law Kenneth. He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. Temple and Nancy Temple (Fullmer); his siblings, Ron Temple (Joanne) and Donna Cornish; his children, Richard J Temple (Kathy), Kimberly Berry, Danielle Temple, Kristen Temple, Jeffrey Temple and John Temple; and his grandchildren, Collin Berry, Kylee Berry, Ryan Temple, Shane Temple and Summer McNamee.
