He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick McCart and Elizabeth McCart (Mulholland). He is survived by: his wife Philomena Mc Cart (O'Kane); his children, Rose Wilson, Lawrence Rankin and Paul Rankin; his stepson Daniel Bounasiss; and his sister Isabella Higgins.
