She was predeceased by: her parents, Genaro Anzalone and Kathryn Anzalone (Gabriel); and her husband Dominick D. DeMutis. She is survived by: her children, Donald DeMutis (Anne), Diane Guba (Joseph) and Lynn Scott (David); her grandchildren, Danielle, Traci, Donny and Laura; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Paige, Sonny and Elaina.
