She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Gaffney, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Frank (Maureen), Terry DiFlorio (Joe), Michael (Donna), Joe (Joe Cooper) and Paul (Dawn); her grandchildren, Carolyn, Michael Jr., Patrick and Erin; her great grandchild Declan; and her siblings, Jim Clancy (Ann), Judi Haines and John Clancy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
