He was predeceased by: his father Constantine Maffei; and his wife Edith Maffei (Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph A. Maffei (Kathleen) and Billy C. Maffei; and his sister Dolores Hilferty. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
