He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bolton; and his children, James Bolton (Marguerite), Joanne Moskowitz, Karen Cannella, Kimberlee Welch (Kevin) and Jason Bolton (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
