With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Elaine Owens of Glenolden, Pennsylvania, born in Springfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Everett Knapp and Winona Knapp (Bergey); her children, Thomas (Cassie) and Tami Rosenthal (Mike); her grandchildren, Riley, Alexis, Cooper, Aiden, Carter and Kaylee; and her brother Michael Knapp (Lynn). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
