He is survived by: his parents, James R. Jancovic Sr. and Maryann McCready (Harkins); his sons, James R of Jancovic, III and Johnathan Jancovic; and his siblings, Justin (Amanda), Kirk, Nate, Monica, Jessica and Sarah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to the family.
