She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Manuel; her son Bruce Manuel; her grandson Patrick D. Manuel; and her parents, Frank Williams and Kathryn Williams.
She is survived by: her son David R. Manuel (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Michael (Mary), David Jr (Leah), Joseph, Keith (Kendra) and Justin; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Zoe and Justin. She is also survived by 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
