She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Diane McNeill (Ron Simmins). She is survived by: her children, Frank DeSan Kaylee Simmins and Jaelynn Simmins; her parents, Kenneth Rummel and Anna McNeill; and her mother-in-law Carol Simmins. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
