She was predeceased by: her parents, Wassel "Charles" and Mary Sinichak Futchko; and her husband John W. Hedgepeth. She is survived by: her children, John Edward Hedgepeth (Ruby), William Allen Hedgepeth (Annmarie), Joseph Scott Hedgepeth, Carol Ann DiMenna (Joseph), Robert Michael Hedgepeth (Maryanne), Edward Glenn Hedgepeth (Giselle), Cindy Lou Hankins and Deborah Lynn Hedgepeth (Bill); and her brother Edward J. Futchko. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
