She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hampshire, and Cecelia Hampshire, Sr.; and her siblings, Lucy Hampshire, Patrick Hampshire, John Hampshire and Victoria Lauch.

She is survived by: her husband Leonard Urda; her stepchildren, Jeannette Gemignani, Suzanne Vicinio (Peter), David Urda and Larry Urda; her grandchildren, Matthew Smedley (Maren), Angela Smedley, James Urda, Nicolette Gemignani, Michael Gemignani, Victoria Vicinio, Chase Urda and Isabella Vicinio; her great grandchild Declan Smedley; her siblings, Mary Livingston, Cissy Parsons, Margaret Caron and Patsy Meyers; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hampshire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Burial: SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's association at act.alz.org would be appreciated.
