It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jay of Glenolden, Pennsylvania, born in Morton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Standen and Elsie Standen (Slaw); her husband Alfred Jay Jr.; her daughter Dawn Nettles; and her sister Elsie Orner.
She is survived by: her children, Alfred Jay (Jeanne), Bridget Jay and Gwen Capoldi (Al); her grandchildren, Michael, Laura, Christopher, John John, Ashley, Bryanna, Kira, Porsha, Chyanne, Tyler, Kerstin, William and Victoria; and her brothers, Jimmy Standen, Donald Standen and David "Buster" Standen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
