He is survived by: his children, Michael, Sheri, Christine, Jeannie and Toni Anne; his grandchildren, David, Alana, Michael, Anthony, Joshua, Crystal, Shania, Mickalena, Jeanna, Little David, Heather, Christian, Ariella and Angelina; his children, Giavanna, Aria and Lorenzo; his former wife Sandra Chapman; and also Marc.
