He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Jerbasi and Catherine Jerbasi (Noon); and his brother Daniel Jerbasi. He is survived by: his sister Anita Stiles; his children, Michelle DePietro (John) of Delaware, Kristen Orlando of Downingtown, Deanne Boucher (Chris) of Glenmoore and Felicia Jerbasi of California; his grandchildren, Taylor, Luke, Max, Emma and Matthew; and his great grandchild Titan. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at the American Diabetes Association.
