He was predeceased by: his spouse Nadene Hartman (Diehl); his parent Martin Hartman; and his siblings, Mary Keeney, Blanche Keeney, Catherine Rohrbaugh, Edna Hyser, Leah Marquet, Austin Hartman and Robert Hartman.
He is survived by: his parent Mamie M. Hartman (Godfrey); his daughter Brenda L. Overmiller (Steven) of York; his grandchildren, Ryan Overmiller (Charolette) and Justin Overmiller; his sister Anna Ness of York; and his sister-in-law Evelyn Diehl.
