He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Decker (Shaffer); and his brothers, Donald Decker and Carroll Decker. He is survived by: his children, Deborah K. Myers (Dennis) of York, Tanya "Tonie" M. Brassfield (Gary) of Glen Rock and Todd L. Decker (Nancy) of Spring Grove; his grandchildren, Chad, Ashley, Jon, Nate, Kyra and Kaci; and his friend Ruth Weaver. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
