It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Markel (Glen Rock, Pennsylvania), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Tamatha "Tammi" L. Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Markel (Wertz); his daughter Debra S. Rivera (Orlando) of York; and his brothers, Claude L. Markel of York Haven and Stuart J. Markel of York. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great granddaughters.
