She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis R. Lentz; her parents, Henry C. Raver and Beulah Raver (Huson); and her sons, Barry E. Lentz and Dennis L. Lentz.
She is survived by: her children, Donald, David (Pam), Dale (Beverly), Dean (Janie) of Brogue and Dwayne (Mar-Sha) of York; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Lentz of Seven Valleys. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
