She was predeceased by: her husband Arlen G. Wisner; her parents, Willard D. Hoff and Hilda A. Hoff (Leese); and her brothers, Donald and Dale Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine M. Wisner, Kevin J. Wisner (Kristin), Keith A. Wisner (Jennifer) and Kyle D. Wisner (Brandy); and her siblings, Jean Fidler and Burnell Hoff. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
