Hazlett (Glen Rock, Pennsylvania), born in Miami Beach, Florida, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Hazlett, Jr. and Katharine. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas J. Hazlett, III, Vanessa Mummert (Jon), Aubrey Dyer (Nathan), Shaun Dedrickson (Kate) and Stephanie Dedrickson; his nieces and nephews, Bentley, Silas, Lucas, Evelyn, Oren and Jennifer Thompson; and his son Cayden Muller.
