He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Luckenbaugh and Clara Luckenbaugh (Cooley). He is survived by: his wife Estie; his children, Karen Luckenbaugh of York, PA, Pam Meyer (Keith) of York, PA and Ron Luckenbaugh (Cathy) of Seven Valleys, PA; and his sister Vivian Harrison of Hanover, PA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
