She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O. Burns, Sr.; her parents, Charles S. Cook and Maud F. Cook (Geiselman); her stepdaughter Lucille K. Burns-Eberly; her brothers, Joseph W. Cook, Arthur C. Cook, Robert J. Cook and Charles J. Cook; and her sisters-in-law, Donnye Cook and Muriel C. Miller.
She is survived by: her stepson Robert O. Burns, Jr. of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Lisa L. Eberly-Terrill, Donald R. Eberly, II and Deborah E. Burns-Barry; and her great grandchildren, Tabitha M. Wolfrays-King and Nichole E. Barry.
