Evelyn Thoman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2019, at the age of 96, Evelyn Thoman (Glen Rock, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Earl W. Thoman; her parents, Joseph A. Markle and Rosa I. Markle (Folkenroth); her son Terrance L. 'Terry' Thoman; her grandson Kevin Eugene Markel; and her siblings, Miriam Thoman, Carson Markle, Jay Markle, Barry Markle and Lavere "Bud" Markle.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce E. Markel (Stuart) of York, Linda K. Wildasin (Jerry) of Glenville, Gale S. Thoman of York and Steven D. Thoman (Cherie) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; her daughter-in-law Roberta G. Thoman of Glen Rock; her grandchildren, Troy A. Markel, Tracy Pastelak, Ann Hines, Matthew Thoman, Alison Durst, Julia Gallagher, Rodney Wildasin and Rachael Stark; and her siblings, Lavern "Bob" Markle of Glen Rock, Jean McLaughlin of Loganville, Ray Markle of York, Doris Goodling of Spring Grove and Lynn Markle of Dover. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, a great- great grandson.
