He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Shade and Dorothy Shade (Brenneman). He is survived by: his wife Tracy A. Shade (Zanti); his children, Jason Shade, Angela Bosley, Somer Shade, Dera Shade and Maggie Shade; and his sister Phyllis Miller. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
