She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert E. Garland; her children, Dorothy M. Sparks (Aaron) of Spruce Pine, NC and Kenneth W. Garland of York; and her siblings, Andrea P. Frost (Roland) of Muncy, Karen K. White (Edward) of Picture Rocks, PA, Bobby R. Wilcox (Kim) of York, William L. Howell (Denise) of York and Fred Childress of Muncy.
