He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hammond A. of Parkton, Dorothy Rice of Parkton, Dr. Leonard T. of Parkton and Rose Saltysiak of Parkton; and his stepgrandparents, Betty Martin of Middle River and Jim Demarest of Baltimore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abygayle and Gabriella; his father Stephen H. Rice; his siblings, Stephen H. Rice Jr. of Emerald Isle, N. C. and Rose Roberts (Craig) of Brookville; his nieces and nephews, Grant, Claire and Teagan Roberts; his stepgrandmother Mary Demarest of Baltimore; his stepsister Cheryl Young (Frederick) of Jacobus; his girlfriend Nicole Billet of Glen Rock; and also, Sarah Houser, Stephanie Houser and Patrick Snyder.
