He was predeceased by: his parents, H. David Berlin and Jeanette Berlin (Gromis). He is survived by: his wife Donna C. Berlin (Runkle); his children, Kevin A. Berlin (Cheryl) of Dover, Amy Leitzinger (Mark) of Seven Valleys and Joshua T. Berlin (Libby) of Mt. Wolf; his grandchildren, Amanda, Victoria, Nichole and Hayley; and his sister Debra Clark of Val Rico, FL.. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
