She is survived by: her husband Charles A. Higgins Jr; her daughter Arden H. Franks; her brother Earl Winnie Jr; her daughters, Johannah S. Higgins and Kimberly H. LoConte (Robert); her son-in-law Robert Franks; her grandchildren, Kristin (Kyle), Robert, Anthony (Lindsay), Matthew and Michael; her great grandchildren, Isis, Ivy, Anthony and Aria; her niece Denise; and her child Broad St of Philadelphia, PA.
