He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Dilcher and Barbara Tschetter Dilcher. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Dilcher; his children, Bryan Dilcher (Heather), Malinda "Mindy" Shubert (Ed) and Ann Figueroa (Ivan); his sister Leona Dostal (Richard); his grandchildren, Zach Dilcher (Rosie), Hannah Smith (Mike), Jake Dilcher (Melissa), William Shubert (Erica DiMaio), Chanel, Isabella (Joe Strazza) and Cecelia Figueroa; and his great grandchildren, Mikey, McCoy Smith and Giovanni Strazza.
