Roland E. Essex Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland E. Essex of Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Dover, New Jersey, who passed away on February 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Laura E. Essex; his son William Essex; and his siblings, Robert Essex, Marion Ward, Dorothy Arnett, Carolyn Jester, Betty Sue Quillen and Gloria Quillen.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Essex (Nancy), David Essex, Debra Blackburn (Dwayne), Susan Jaycox (David) and Kathy Cameron; his stepchildren, Dr. Wayne D. Johnson (Phyllis) and Cheryl Ryle (Greg); his brothers, Kenneth Essex (Joyce) and Douglas Essex; and his brother-in-law William Quillen. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and one step great-granddaughter.
