She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Jacobi and Jean Jacobi. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jean; her husband John P. McCloskey; her children, Lauren Hofmann (Bill), Carolyn McCloskey (Dominick Chillemi) and Andrew McCloskey (Rachel Craven); her siblings, Ginny Hecksher, Vincent Leo Jacobi, Michael Jacobi, Patti Costello, Theresa Olivastro and Donna Czaplicki; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Sophia, Will, Chase, Luke, Hunter and Evelyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
