She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Malley and Mary O'Malley; her husband Joseph E. Lastowka; her sons, Martin and John Lastowka (Mary); her siblings, Catherine Phillips, Thomas, James and John O'Malley; and her daughter-in-law Frances Lastowka.
She is survived by: her cousin Joe; her children, Joe, Marty, Joseph, Thomas, James Lastowka, Marie Freeman and Anne Danilak; her sister Noreen McGlinchey; her children-in-law, Virginia, Linda, Sandra Lastowka, Sandra Pugh, Robert Freeman and Stephen Danilak; her grandchildren, Joseph, Gregory, Karen, Lynda, Deborah, Andrew, Anthony, Mary, Jonathan, Conor, Carey, Austin, Catherine, Stephen and Emily; her great grandchildren, Adam and Daniel; and her grandchildren, Owen, Everett, Drew, Alexandria, Alyssa, Ava, Gabriel, Violet and Henry.
